We are offering a Spring Cleanse for your SunBody. 2009 dates TBA.
We invite you to participate in cleansing your Mind/Body/Spirit.
- Mind - we will clear the mind of the clutter and provide exercises for new thoughts ... to replace the old.
- Body - we will clear the body of toxins and provide tips for new foods ... to replace the old.
- Spirit - we will clear the spirit of the fog and provide study guidelines ... to replace the old.
Join us as we tap into the natural cycle for a spring cleaning. This is an independent program, you are responsible for yourself and taking advantage of our guidance. Remember that all of your favorite foods will still be around, if you choose to go back to them after the two weeks.
Here is how it will work:
*We will have 3 conference calls where we discuss each phase of the process and answer questions.
*MIND - we will take you through the free health report, exploring the ideas presented in that document. If you do not have your copy, visit BBS-free health report to receive a copy.
*BODY - we will provide a general menu plan to follow for two weeks.
*SPIRIT - 'A Course In Miracles' will provide our lessons during the 14 days, offering spiritual support.
*We will provide email support and inspiration.
*We will be doing a 'Hot Springs Outing' if any one wants to join us locally. If you are not in Denver, look for a similar experience near you.
*We will be creating a community social network, that will extend into the future.
