Meditation

How many of you meditate on a daily basis?
How many of you think you have to spend an endless amount of time clearing your mind and sitting still in order for meditation to be effective?
Well ... try this everyday for a week and let me know what happens. Take 5 minutes everyday, when you first get out of bed in the morning, and do this exercise.

Sit in a comfortable position on the floor.
Keep your back as straight as possible.
Close your eyes.
Breath in for a count of 4.
Hold your breathe for a count of 4.
Breath out for a count of 4.
Hold your "exhale" for a count of 4.
Repeat for 5 minutes ...
